EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rancho Grande Western Wear, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accept exchanges under the following conditions:


EXANGE WINDOW

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.


EXCHANGES REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached. You must include the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.


NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We do not accept exchanges on:

Hats that have been shaped or adjusted. Items marked as final sale or discounted more than 30%. Boots that show signs of wear or misuse.


OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS & EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Product Availability: Due to high demand or limited collections, some items may be out of stock when your exchange is processed.

If the original item is no longer available, we will offer you the following options: Exchange for another item of equal or higher value (you may pay the difference if applicable). Receive store credit for future purchases.

We will contact you to confirm your preferred option before completing the exchange.


SHIPPING COST

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item is defective or the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


IN-STORE EXCHANGES AVAILABLE

To avoid shipping costs, you may bring your item directly to our physical store for an exchange.

In-store exchanges follow the same 30-day policy and product conditions as online orders.

Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase with the item.
